With strong e-mobility market growth, manufacturers are facing new demands regarding rising industrialization and production volume, as well as increasing testing capacity and process automation. To overcome these challenges and to produce high-quality products, appropriate testing solutions for the electrified propulsion system are needed along the whole production chain: from in-process verification to end of line (EOL) and quality audit, to Conformity of Production (COP). From working on the internal combustion engine, we have over 40 years of experience in different EOL testing applications. More than 400 AVL test systems are currently installed at production sites worldwide. Our portfolio covers the complete range from components delivery to full turnkey projects. While meeting the ongoing needs of our customers concerning ICE testing, we have developed a strong focus on EOL testing applications in the e-mobility field.

AVL RACETECH, the motorsport department of AVL, presents the prototype of an innovative H2 internal combustion engine.
